Emerson Hospital: Launching a New Site

Challenge: Plan-it worked with Emerson to evaluate the viability of establishing a new satellite health care center in a nearby town, to broaden its reach in the community.

Objective: To understand the level of interest in a new satellite location among patients and prospects from Emerson’s service area.

Solution: Small discussion groups and in-depth interviews were conducted among key audiences, using some creative exercises to understand potential usage of the center.

Result: The satellite location was launched and is a successful center for Emerson today.
