Plan-it personnel recruits’ client customers via outbound email invites (emails provided by clients). Interested customers (who want to participate in research) respond to Plan-it. Plan-it then contacts them to ensure they fit the demographics and behaviors we are looking for (e.g., a specific age range, geographic location, etc.)

How We Collect and How We Use Personal Information

We collect and use respondent information for the following purposes:

  • To profile participants for clients observing the research; no personal information is provided (behavioral and demographic information only)
  • To send respondent incentives/compensation for participating in our research

How We Store Information (Including How Long We Store It)

  • All participant information is stored on our Plan-it server
  • All personal information associated with research participants is destroyed within 30-60 days after a project is completed.
