Well Known Investment Management Firm
Challenge: In the institutional space, a well-known investment management firm created a range of online tools for 401(k) participants to help them with retirement planning, ultimately to build more of a relationship with the brand.
Objective: To obtain reactions to concepts and understand the value, potential usage and ease of using the client’s online user tools to enhance the user experience.
Solution: Usability studies online and on mobile devices were conducted using split screen technology, taking consumers through prototype tools to explore content, intuitiveness, navigability and overall value, ultimately to help the development team identify any areas for improvement.
Result: Plan-it has worked with the client to optimize its tools and fine-tune as necessary to generate maximum interest and usage among its users.
