Beam Interactive: Client Pitch
Challenge: To quickly prepare Beam Interactive for a pitch to a prospective regional banking client, providing the agency with insights regarding retail banking switching behavior, attitudes, and perceptions of the regional banking marketplace.
Objective: To gain insight into Michigan residents’ level of awareness and potential interest in a “local” banking provider, and to support and add color to the agency’s banking insights presentation.
Solution: Plan-it conducted extensive in-depth phone interviews among Michigan residents across key customer segments.
Result: Research focused on key insights related to the prevalence of credit unions as primary banking providers, technology’s role in banking decisions, and the appeal of a locally-based bank in overcoming inertia and driving consideration of a new banking provider.
