Converse

Challenge: Plan-it worked with Converse to determine viability and guide development of a new sneaker product, targeted at boys and girls, ages 8-12.

Objective: To further understand reactions to the new line, including sneaker designs/features.

Solution: Plan-it conducted in-depth interviews with kids to explore their reactions to the new sneaker overall, as well as specific features, as input for fine-tuning the product design prior to production.

Result: Based on findings and insights from this work, Plan-it made recommendations for product design/features, as well as communications for the new product line to insure a successful launch.
