Challenge: MFS wanted to understand the relevance and ease-of-use of its newly designed shareholder’s account management site.

Objective: To understand how to help build stronger relationships with customers via a more effective and engaging way of managing their portfolios online.

Solution: Plan-it conducted an in-depth usability study to evaluate new transaction functionality, design and content, to determine the overall impact of potential changes on the users’ experience with the site and whether this experience would positively influence their attitudes toward the MFS brand.

Result: Plan-it made both strategic and tactical recommendations to help MFS refine/enhance the site to improve MFS shareholder’s overall experience and build usage of the site among critical targets.
